We understand that some customers may have safety concerns about having rollers on both the top and bottom sides of the ladder. Therefore, we have removed the bottom rollers from the kit. However, if you still require the rollers, they are available for purchase separately.

The distance between the shelf base and the ladder bottom depends on the ladder length and can be calculated using the Pythagorean Theorem or our simple formula provided.

The 12FT-Track Hardware Kit includes 2 tracks, 2 rollers, 10 wall spacers, 2 stoppers, and 1 connector. Please note that the kit does not include the bottom roller or ladder, and assembly is required. The first 100 customers will receive a pair of J-shaped rollers used for doors for free.
